Hey everyone! I wanted to wait till after the Breeders' Cup to announce this, and now that has passed I can officially make the announcement. The next several weeks are going to be extremely crazy for me personally with Thanksgiving just around the corner, I will be making what is my now yearly trip to CT to visit my grandparents. Two weeks after that, I will be leaving for my cousin's son's Bar Mitzvah. However, I've got so much to do leading up to these two events. As I'm working on several projects that right now need my full attention.
With that and the fact that the Cigar Mile is the last major race on the East Coast this year, Furlong Drive is going to go into a hiatus until I get back from New York in mid- December. If I do go to the Cigar, those pictures will be posted after the hiatus. As for end of the year posts like favorite races, that won't change as I will still be doing those.
For those who are worried (or not worried), I will be semi active on Twitter (@furlongdrive). There might be days I might have none to three tweets and there might be some where I have a ton. Many applogies for this delay and hoping 2014 will be quite a bit smoother. hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving (if you are in the US) and I'll have another post in December!
