I grew up playing basketball, and have always loved horses (I didn't become a horse racing fan till I was 14). Those two loves will now come full circle, Avery Johnson who is the former head coach of the Dallas Mavricks will be speaking at Churchill in late April. It's part of the Kentucky Race Track Chaplaincy program. Of course he'll be talking about faith, which is cool. Also at the fundraiser will be Pat Day, who while I didn't meet when he was at DP a few years ago, I was standing a few feet away from him. Sigh I wish I could attend this, but sadly I won't be.
Somewhat of an off weekend for the boys with the Sham being the big prep, however there is a very interesting prep for the girls which I will preview on Friday (stay tuned for that).
Also the saga of I Want Revenge continues, David Lanzman (his breeder and original owner) has sued IEAH again. This sadly I doubt will ever end, and when/if it does, it won't be pretty.
Finally tonight, I would like to introduce Rail Ride, a new forum that I created today. I hope that you all enjoy it! Until tomorrow!
