One of my favorite horses Kip Deville is currently battling the dreaded foot diesese. Unfortanlly it's not looking good according to this report. Of course he could turn it around, but sadly the likelyhood of that is slim to none. DRF.com reported that the hoof diesese has hit both of his front. Laminitis has hit the horse racing world hard the past few years.

All those three lost their lives due to the diesese, also losing the battle was Triple Crown winner Secretariat.

For now lets enjoy Kip in his racing days.
His 2007 BC Mile win, in all honesty if Goldikova had waited one more jump Kip would have been a 2 time winner and not her.
